On May 26, 2023, Wang Fengzhao, member of the Standing Committee of the Xinxiang Municipal Party Committee and Senior Colonel Commander of the Xinxiang Military Sub-district, led a joint military-civilian working group to Jinyuan Huanyu for research and guidance. Ding Wenguang, Mayor of Fengquan District, Huang Liwei, Colonel Minister of the District Armed Forces Department, and Lü Xiaotong, Secretary of the Township Party Committee, accompanied the research. Cui Zheng, General Manager of Jinyuan Huanyu, and Dong Bo, Deputy General Manager, participated in the reception.
